Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and still in their original heat-sealed packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the product packaging is unopened and the factory seal is intact within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in a plain shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
